"Over all very disappointing across the board. The kid's grilled cheese is actually only 1/2 of a sandwich. That's fine since it's for kids, but the chess wasn't fully melted. The giddy up melt was horrible. I requested no pickles and it was covered with them. It was supposed to have BBQ sauce on it, but that was missing and it really needed it. The meat was very fatty - almost inedible. And lastly, I didn't realize it came with a cucumber salad, but it did however there weren't actually ANY cucumbers in it!! Lastly was the dessert. The description specifically said 'fresh' strawberries. You can tell frozen strawberries by the color and texture - and I am pretty sure that is what was on the dessert. It didn't taste bad, but there wasn't nearly enough cheesecake filling and I'm not a fan of frozen strawberries. I would not recommend this place. "

"I am torn about this order. Overall flavors were good but there were definitely some issues. First everything was cold. Not sure where the fault lies there. There were pros and cons, but I do want to try them again. Pros: Pretzel Bones were amazing. Crispy outside and soft inside. Boneless Wings were well breaded and crunchy. Pork belly pops were tasty. Cons: cheese for the Pretzel Bones was cold and chunky. Boneless Wings had Korean bbq sauce which was tasty, but the wings were sitting in the sauce rathe than being tossed in it. Also the 'wing' size was super inconsistent. Some normal ones some tiny ones that shouldbt have counted as wings. Korean Pork Belly Pops were tasty, but the ratio of pure fat to burnt ends wasn't ideal. Lastly, the Nutty Chicken Salad should have been good but a lot of the lettuce was wilted. Also I upgraded the chicken in the salad to med rare steak and got less than 3 oz of under-seasoned med well steak. Would not recommend the bacon dressing. It was creamy but too greasy. Overall the salad was not worth $25. "

"French Fries- ☆☆☆☆☆Fantastic!! Caesar "Salad"- ☆☆ Way too many croutons and barely any leaves. I did ask for extra cheese and boy did I get it! There was a lot more chicken than I anticipated, so that was nice! I also liked how tossed/mixed it came. It did come packed to the top; however, for almost $19 I would not get another "salad" "meal" though. When I think of getting a "meal" I also would anticipate my drink included- it was either a can sparkling water (that I don't like/drink) or pay extra for a drink (soda/tea) I would enjoy. I would say 1/4 of my salad was lettuce 1/4 chicken and the other half was cheese (my doing) and croutons."

"We've ordered salads from Hello Bistto before but tonight's were not the quality we expect for the price. My husband's chicken was tough-not edible and the salad fixings weren't fresh. My shrimp salad was small and missing the avocado. Very disappointing "
