"The potential of this sandwich! But alas, the Giddy Up Melt fell a little short. *Keep in mind this is my review when all the food was lukewarm. Meat is great, just wish there was a little more of it for the price. There was about 20-30% of bread with no meat. Way too salty, the cheese is salty enough (I like salt, but this made it almost inedible) Glad I got it with no pickles or the salt content would have been a lot higher. Overall, the sandwich is not worth 14 dollars but it could be. Got about 7 Onion Rings for the price and half was on the small side, fries as well would be considered a small. Price is decent for the fries and onion rings. I did notice that the Treatin' Myself Melt was about half the size of what is shown in the picture. "

"My review is only 3 stars because an item was messed up. Firstly, shout out to whoever was on packaging duty! it was very well done and organized! Never seen such care before. I ordered the Fresh Atlantic Salmon*, and it was great and massive👍 perfect and juicy, whereas many other restaurants sadly dry it up; great chefs at this restaurant!! The french fries were nice and crispy too. My BJ's Hot Fudge Brownie Pizookie ® however was incorrect, I only received the brownie whereas I was supposed to receive the ice cream on top with the hot fudge. I’ll however keep the 3 stars for everything else until next time👍 "

"The food was the worst I have gotten from Cheesecake Factory! I spent over $200 to feed everyone here and none of them enjoyed it but 1. The Truffle-Honey Chicken was the only good meal. The Fried Macaroni and Cheese was inedible, looks like when they fried it the whole thing opened up. Don't understand why they would sell/serve something like that! The Avocado Eggrolls were old and tasted like plastic, the (Full Portion) Thai Lettuce Wraps with Chicken wasn't that bad, the sweet chilli sauce was watery. The chicken was was small and dried like it's been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts was nothing crispy and was dry and bland. The Street Corn was good, can't really go wrong with corn. The Korean Fried Chicken was good, only thing I would say is that the portions are smaller in delivery and looks like the quality too! I have eaten at this place in Providence RI and I have to say the one in Braintree Ma is by far the best!! The service is always great, and the food is always fresh all every time I have eaten there. I will NEVER order from this place again!!! Not worth my hard earned money!! Save your money and order elsewhere if you want good fresh food! Im hoping the Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake and Carrot Cakeis good. Dont see why it wouldn't be considering it's from Cheesecake Factory."

"This place has the best food hands-down. Everything is always hot and fresh. They even remember the little things like utensils and napkins. It was actually really cute. They had the napkins folded around the utensils with one of those little ribbons. It may seem like not a big deal to a lot of people, but that shows how much they care about their business because somebody actually sits there and wraps the napkin around the utensil with the little ribbon. Sometimes it's the little things. If that's how they treat your silverware imagine how they treat your food! The flavors are amazing and the portions are definitely a great value. I get so nervous to order from anywhere a second time especially if the first time the meal was phenomenal because so many other places have let me down in the past. I would 1,000,000% order from here again because we've already ordered a handful times and every time the food is hot and delicious and it exactly what we ordered. I appreciate that They accept details in the comment section and actually read them. For example, one of the items I got was shrimp and steak and it came with rice and beans. I love all of those things, but I just didn't want the beans on top of the rice because I didn't want it to get soggy.
