"I don't normally write reviews on DoorDash but Pastel Pizza changed my mind! I absolutely loved the 5 Tequeños and rec you eat those first. They lose heat the quickest but still arrived hot! The Pabellon Empanada was my favorite item ordered. Well seasoned meat, cheese and light veggies. Cooked fresh and perfectly crispy. The Ground Beef Pastelito shell was so soft and buttery but I wasnt the biggest fan of the filling consistency/flavor but still was seasoned well. You could tell these items were made fresh. Loved the cilantro lime sauce that it came with. The oil from the fried empanada leaked out of the bag but other than that, a great eat/find."

"The only bad thing about this restaurant is that I just found it this year! The pizza is amazing. I typically get the Margherita, which Luna has my favorite version of in Houston. The only thing I will say is that the large size is 5x better than the personal size. It literally tastes like different pizza, I think the way the dough cooks makes a difference! So when in doubt, get a large. It reheats well! More impressively though is the salad here. I have no idea how they make the salads so affordable but I am so grateful for it! The chopped salad is my favorite & they do not skimp on toppings! Even the mini is a good size & the small size will feed me for 3-4 meals alongside pizza, or 2ish on it's own, which is wild. The homemade Italian dressing is amazing as well! I will always go here when I need pizza! "
