It’s happened enough times that I’ve finally decided I just won’t add it anymore for takeout, which is disappointing because it really does elevate the burrito when it’s actually included. One area that could really use improvement is packaging. I order pretty regularly from the Bay View store, and the bags are often unsealed, sometimes arrive open, and the small stopper for the lid is only included occasionally which results in spills.
