(Recently had another location use coffee (?) and possibly swap other ingredients without noting anything on the label for an iced chai latte) this was Exactly what i ordered and exactly what was printed on the label! And historically they dont have that problem- unless a dasher knocks the bag over. TRUST this location. Theres always risk with health conditions and take out but at this location i know what i tolerate, what I'm signing up for when i order each item, that i will likely be contacted or offered actual note if something is unavailable (vs being subbed an unidentified item) and that it will be packaged safely! Such a RELIEF after being served 2 drinks at the other location that were not what i ordered nor identifiable from the other local tuesday night! The Junction Coffee I had was so overly sweetened (even more than Starbucks' syrup-laden flavored lattes), none of us wanted to drink it - it is currently sitting in our sink waiting for the ice to melt so we can dump it (i.e. $4.38) down the drain and rinse the cup for recycle. The Chicken Salad had good flavor, but the chicken shreds were so tough and dry, not even the large amount of mayonnaise could help save it. The Java Junction sandwich was okay... really not that exciting, but I appreciated it for being the only edible item out of the 4 things we ordered. Will have to remember never ordering here again."

"Potbellies is normally my go to sandwich spot. When ordering online, they really skimp on toppings. My BLTA had almost no bacon (almost 100% lettuce) and they didnt add any of the requested toppings. This never happens in the store - just lazy if you're not there to confirm I guess. Still super disappointed with my 16 dollar lettuce sandwich."
