Skipping the wood ear and mushrooms didn’t take away from the experience at all—it actually let the other ingredients shine even more. Now, let’s talk about that extra chashu—incredible! The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right amount of char and fat. Every bite was a moment of pure ramen bliss. Honestly, I could eat a whole plate of just the chashu and be happy. Portion-wise, it was super satisfying and totally worth the price.
