The Beef Yakisoba was so good, with tender noodles and even more tender beef. The bao were steamed pork bao, rather than a bbq chinese style (char su), just fyi. The New York Roll and Sunset Roll were supposedly specialty rolls, and priced accordingly but looked like a $7.95 roll from any regular sushi menu. None of the fish was fresh. I couldn't cut through it with my teeth. The bun? Perfect. Delicious. The pickle and spicy mayo? No notes. This chicken was like 3-day old crap microwaved. Sooo, do they use the good pieces for the "wings" and the crappy for the sandwich? If it's because it isnt a wing, can we rename it to wings, rings, and wiches? Or can I order the wings on a bun with pickle and mayo...? I should have taken a pic. Thats on me. But I was hangry, so I ate it.
