I would reckon the batter wasn't thick enough, and oil not hot enough, because they came in a crumbly mass in the bottom of the bag. Very oily. And, It was almost as if someone had smashed them with their fist before sending them off. I was looking forward to crisp, whole rings and received what you see in the photo. Such a shame. No straw. "What a disappointment... Have been a pretty regular customer (couple times a month), and this is the 2nd (and last) time I received poor service and under cooked food. First the experience started with them adding an extra 1/2 hour to my order time (in the past - there has been delays but never this long for pick up order. Then when I got home to find the eggs under cooked (runny whites) and the sausages were cold. I prefer to buy local and from small businesses, but this place has gone down hill and won't get any more of my business. "
