Inexpensive parts of meat are chewy by nature & need to stew for hours to get tender but not served as a topping for pizza or pita. Falafel App: Good portion but again very dry & sadly blend. Since I don't like to throw food away even when I don't like it, I tried it again the next day & the texture had gotten better because more moist due to its overnight stay in the fridge in its take out container, then left at room temp for about an hour before lunch.
