"Delicious food! Big Glo's BBQ Buford Combo Fries were fresh, and the sandwich was good! The Garlic Texas Toast was toasted to perfection! Soft enough to bite through without fighting the bread, but with a slightly crispy texture. The meats were fully cooked to a proper temperature. (No Over/Undercooking!) The sauces on the burger weren't overdone, so it wasn't too messy and the condiments were fresh and prepared well! My only nitpick would be that some of the american cheese wasn't quite melted, but only barely. The Fry Seasoned Onion Fries are a really interesting item. Easy to bite into, but still a great, crunchy texture! The onions themselves were a good flavor that pairs well with the breading! The Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix are great! The flavor of mozzarella pairs great with the fry seasoning, and, more importantly, was fried perfectly! The cheese itself still soft and easy to chew, with a nice crunch from the thin breading. The Funnel Cake Fries were also fried just right. Just enough to get that crispy, slightly crunchy texture, but not burned or raw! Also surprisingly clean for something I thought would be more oily. The Mac'n' Cheese should be removed from the menu and a new recipe should be found ASAP. I have never been physically nauseous after one bite of Mac n cheese before today. It singlehandedly almost ruined my whole dining experience thankfully the 30 Pieces of chicken was really the star of the show. also add more side sauce 1 cup isn't nearly enough for 30 wings if I ask for it on the side. This was my first experience and I'm willing to try again since the potential for great dining is there. 6.5/10"
