"Usually everything is pretty good, but today was just disappointing. For starters, as soon as I received my order, I noticed my Vanilla Frosty was basically liquid. Popped it in the freezer and called Wendy's to let them know directly. Wasn't too big of a deal. But then I unwrapped the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, and it looked a little... empty. No leaf of lettuce, but a light sprinkling of shredded lettuce, which changes the flavor a lot more than you'd think.
