"I'm sorry to have to write this as a long time customer. The Jerk Chicken was reheated,the inner part of the meat was cold, no jerk flavor overall. The rice and peas was not fresh, you could tell it was starting to go bad, along with burnt pieces in there, showing there was an attempt to reheat an old batch. the bottled drink wasn't sealed with the plastic seal and tasted like it was watered down. Very very disappointed today. Cutting corners is not a good look. I'm going to order again soon and see if there's a difference. If not, then that will be the last time I order from you. I ordered BBQ sliced steak hero and chicken and waffles. Brandon took my order, he seemed quite bothered and annoyed at the other cashier. As I placed my order I requested no lettuce on the hero. His facial reaction and rolling his eyes seemed as if it was too much to ask. I asked him was there an issue he replied “no” .
