They are premade and sitting in a fridge in the store, which I didn't know until I went to pick up my order. "I've been going to this deli since I moved to Deer Park and it never fails. The prices are decent, the quality is great, and they serve breakfast all day. The burger platter I got was reasonably priced (compared to 5 Guys) and came with all te fixings and a huge order of fries. Sometimes the service isn't the fastest but it's worth the wait. Also, they'll make any custom sandwich you want. Would recommend"

I am on the carnivore diet and I ordered the Buffalo Wings (on the bone) and they were the biggest best tasting crunchy wings I would have asked for and that sweet chili sauce is perfection.
