"Great communication. Ordered around 3:30, which I think is closing time. They were sold out of the hero, and called me nearly 5 mins after I placed my order to ask me if I wanted to switch. Gladly, I got my sandwich on a sesame bagel, which ended up being so good I didn't get a picture for it .
