It's not really a novel restaurant concept, the tofu and sweet potatoes were bone dry, there wasn't nearly enough sauce and it lacked a good amount of salt to at least give flavor to the bowl, and they messed up one of our bowls by adding extra ingredients (thankfully nothing we were against eating, just not in the mood for). It was hard like a cracker and it looks like the size and shape of that store bought naan. Almost like they took that naan and put it in the over under a broiler to char up some spots and they cooked it too long. When I pulled it out of the bag I could feel it was like a board.
