"oh my goodness, Brisket and Choose One was a mistake to order, when I initially saw the pieces of Brisket i felt I was given a massive portion worth the price. yet join eating initially bites it was so tough I questioned if it was undercooked or overcooked - the meat fibers didnt fall apart. the sides I request were put in appropriate sized containers yet put about half or less than half of sides onto those containers. Hush Puppies were a separate side I ordered and it was so undercooked internally I couldn't finish it, including the fact that there was no sauce to go along with it.
