"I paid $12 for this shrimp "dish" at IHOP and honestly I feel ripped off. The portion is ridiculously small: just 5 breaded shrimps, served in an almost empty container to hide the lack of quantity. It looks more like a snack than a plate. IHOP has dropped the quality a lot. Bad presentation, bad price-quantity ratio and zero value for money. I don't recommend it at all"
