The Roasted Broccoli seemed mostly parboiled but as I got to the bottom I did see some roasted bits and they were crunchy with a pleasant mild garlic flavor to them. The Island Coconut Shrimp (5 ea) was also satisfying, the picture only shows 4 because my partner already snagged one before I snapped a pic. Great coconut flavor! I loved that they had coconut Vita Coconut Water available as well. Would definitely order again! "
