"Every piece of nigiri was perfectly dressed to compliment the natural flavors of the fish. The albacore nigiri in particular was generously cut and had excellent texture. And while I prefer the texture and flavor of king salmon nigiri, the coho salmon nigiri was so perfectly dressed to enhance its texture and flavors that I will definitely be making it a part of all my future orders. By contrast to the nigiri, however, the rolls were good-but-not-great; the California roll and the spicy tuna roll had fresh ingredients and good flavors, but they stuck to the plate a bit and did not hold together when picked up to eat them. The crispy rice items were an unexpected treat -- a unique combination of flavors and textures unlike the standard offerings at any other sushi restaurants in the area. I highly recommend adding one to your next order if you are looking for something a bit different."
