However every time we go to this Starbucks on Palm drive we have been very impressed with the service! Of course we love their menu. The service here has been even better than any SB we went to in Orange County where we lived for 20 years. After my husband visited some OC store every day he would become friends with the staff and they would cater to us. We only go to this SB in DHS occasionally but they treat us so well each time. I don't know where they got this staff but they are exceptional as must be the Management here. Let's be realistic, the food and drinks are the standard SB menu but it really is the staff and the spirit they bring to a store to make you want to go everyday. Of course the prices are ridiculous so that limits our daily dedication now that we are retired . But atleast we know that this is a Great Spot for Desert HotSprings when we want to go. And they are good with Dasher deliveries."

"very good but very expensive. we ordered our spice at 5 and it is right there, a bit of spice but nothing to blow head off. def not 'indian' 5 spicy. lamb Lamb Vindaloo was the hottest by far and very good. Chicken Tikka Masala was much thicker than what we get at home. Channa Masala was the same as everywhere. food came fast and hot. the large rice is a TON of rice."

The Garlic Naan, however, was not good. It was very flat and had decent flavor, but was very chewy and dense - not enjoyable.

They were not enjoyable at all. The fries were greasy and not crunchy at all. the asada was not flavorful at all. The sour cream and guacamole was a tiny bit. I wouldn't order these again. Over priced and not worth the price. I also got 2 street tacos with al pastor this is a usual for me but tonight the meat was very dry and just not good. I also requested the condiments and I got no salsa or the pickled vegetables. A Big miss for Castaneda's tonight because normally I enjoy their food"
