"Got my whole order which is quite surprising for this store! However, was disappointing when I opened the burgers to realised my added extras (and regular toppings) were missing again. No onion or pickles when I pay for extra. Should of still come with the normal amount, but all missing. 4 star, because I got everything I ordered. However, would be 5 if I received normal+paid for add ons. Still the best food I have got so far from here. Would be 3.5 star if it were possible.... HOWEVER- did not want to down my review to a 3. despite missing toppings, it was not worthy of a lesser 3 star. "Sadly I have to give only 2 stars, due to quality issues. Firstly the good - the dough is very nice, the ingredients are tasty, it was cooked well done. I also asked for extra oregano and chilli and made an order note asking for extra spicy / extra chilli, which they did do, so that is very nice. I do appreciate the order note being attended to. If there weren't any issues I would have been very happy with this pizza, however the negative points outweight the positive. I ordered a Super Supreme with extra chicken - $3 for the extra and there are just a few crumbs of crumbled chicken on it - I had to go fishing around under the cheese to find any at all. I would be horrified if I ordered one of their chicken pizzas and that is how it came. Also, the pizza didn't look anything like the picture - while I am happy there is cheese on it (which there isn't on the picture), the prawns were small, not the jumbo ones shown here. There's also barely any capsicum compared to the picture. And lastly and most importantly, I paid for a large pizza, but received a medium 12" pizza in a medium box. So I essentially wasted $10 on the $7 large pizza upgrade cost along with the $3 extra chicken cost. If these issues were resolved, Fizza Hut would be a regular purchase for me and I would recommend to friends and family, but after this initial experience, I can't say I would be coming back. Also I thought the name was funny at first, but looking past the Pizza Hut reference, they actually make good pizza. It's just a real pity it's got issues like smaller sizes being sent as 'large' and small amounts of ingredients. I feel bad giving this order only 2 stars because the pizza itself is quite nice, but the value proposition and lack of extra topping (as well as not coming as advertised in the photo) lets down this experience."

"The Porterhouse Steak was very good and worth the price. I love the portions, seasoning, and it's the first restaurant I've ordered from that delivered a medium rare steak that is medium rare. The problem is everything else. The chips were under seasoned, the Pepperoni Pizza tasted under seasoned, and I wouldn't have known the Chai Latte was chai if I hadn't personally made the order. I've been harsh, so I want to end this review with saying none of this is personal and I did love the Porterhouse Steak. I think what likely happened is they do a lot right and other things are not to my or my partner's taste, and by chance we ordered more of the latter than the former."
