It was dry and not enjoyable at all. The fish sauce was also very bland and lacked flavor. The broken rice with pork (cơm sườn) x2 was not much better. The shredded pork skin (bì) was soggy and slightly slimy, as if it wasn’t fresh, which made it very unappetizing. On top of that, the order did not include any utensils—no spoon, no chopsticks—which made it very inconvenient to eat. I also called the restaurant to give feedback and lets them know about it, but the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility and the man over the phone was so rude and impolite!!The customer service was just as disappointing as the food. The bun Bo hue came with lots of meat for the price, and it was tasty but did not have a strong lemon grass flavor like the authentic one. The Fish Cake, Pork Hock & Crabmeat Noodle Soup ( Bún riêu chả cá giò heo) was very yummy and came with lots of crab meatballs. I think that was our favorite. The Combination Steamed Rice Rolls (Banh Cuon Dac Biet) noodles are too thin and dry, and the fried pieces were very hard and flavorless. The sauce is also bland. The Steamed Rice Sheets with Grilled Pork (Banh Uot Thit Nuong) meat is also bland. We may order for the crab noodle soup again but nothing else."
