Overcooked KFC chicken is very dry and stringy, and that's what the problem was with my order. (2) In addition, it was brined way too much or way too long. I don't know whether they used dry-brine or wet-brine technique, but my order was so overly salty as to be practically inedible. I like salt, and I don't have to limit myself to low salt food; but this chicken was so overly salty that I just wanted to say "GAAACK" after tasting it. I threw most of it in the garbage. If KFC corporate thinks this kind of food is acceptable, that's their business; but I am done. I won't pay KFC prices for food like that. Dreadful."
