They are always cooking fresh chicken and beef. All the veggies are a great addition to the platter along with the fresh rice that is always being replenished. The hummus is very good and when you add the chili based hot sauce and mix it up, it's heaven. For those who can't handle the heat, there's their very popular "white sauce". Even if you tried Tofu before and didn't like it, try theirs! I got it on top of my Poke Bowl, it was delicious, as were all the other ingredients!
