The Shroom n' Swiss Melt was amazing The Classic Melt wonderful The Bacon Melt was very good and the bacon was crispy (which is what I love on sandwiches) Then why give it 4 stars you ask... well I'm taking off points for the bread .. it needs to be toasted.. there was no crunch (like the crunch of eating toast) at all. Melts should have toasted bread. it wasn't just plain bread as it has a little bit of colour to it but overall.. it needed more toasting. The Soft Drink was just that, a soft drink .. although I wish we had the option to do no ice because that's what I prefer. Overall I give the melts 4 ⭐"

"Food was delicious but some complaints to go with ut. No napkins, no plasticware, no ketchup for the fries. How exactly do you share/eat a brownie sundae without any kind of utensils? Also, the ice cream would be better served on the side incase you don't want to eat it before your meal(s). Otherwise everything tasted great, the burger was cooked great, fresh veggies and a beautifully toasted bun but it could've used a little more of their sauce. The fries were awesome, I would say the best fries in London area, perfectly seasoned, hot and just the right amount of crunch. Brownie was a little thin in parts but overall it was a really good flavor and texture. I will definitely order again, just need to remember to have my own ketchup, napkins and plasticware."
