"I placed an order specifically hoping for chorizo and was assured over the phone that I could substitute it for sausage by noting it in the comments. Unfortunately, my order arrived with sausage patties instead, which was disappointing since chorizo was the main reason I ordered. "Quesabirria Tacos - Very Popular were pretty good, I feel like it was a little soggy (maybe from the steam?) along with the Melting Cheesecake too, but the flavor is there. The rice is a little bland in my opinion but not too bad that I had to add salt/seasoning. I didn't realize the cheesecake came with the syrup on top since you had the syrup selections, so it had both the chocolate syrup already and I got caramel with it too (I don't like chocolate so Im mildly inconvenienced lmao, wont be the death of me). The birria tacos are my all time favorite so Im very hardcore about it; very disappointed the broth it came with was in a small black container that was HALF FILLED! Thats the best part! And it's good for you to drink. Very sad about that. Cheesecake flavor was good but you can see in the picture sauce flooding the bottom (Idk what it is, maybe melted whipped cream?) which made it soggy. I'd say flavor for food is 7/10, quality is like 6/10, freshness feels like a 5/10. Again, assuming the steam made it soggy... Birria 9/10 love the meat, cheesecake was smooth and tastes good even though soggy, so it has 8/10. The rice is a 4/10 IMO I've had better rice for sure. They gave chips and salsa, 10/10. "The extra Jameson Glaze wasn't delivered with the order. Though from the glaze on the Brussels sprouts, I'll say that it is very good. The coleslaw was WAY to bitter/peppery for my taste. I could only eat a bite. The portion of shrimp in the Shrimp Dinner was majorly disappointing for the price and they would have been much better had the Jameson Glaze been included as ordered. The BYO Burger was actually very tasty and very filling. A bit on the pricey side, but the patty was properly cooked, flavorful and the perfect amount. The side variety of free toppings is a plus as well. We ordered a side of loaded waffle fries with the burger, and they were mediocre. The fries themselves were soggy rather than crispy and the cheese was "straight from a can" nacho sauce. All in all, the food from Johnny J's was as underwhelming as it was brag worthy. 3 stars for food and taste. 2 stars for value."

They also send chips and salsa which is very fresh tasting and well balanced. They also send along sides of cole slaw. But everything else gets rave reviews, it's our 2nd time ordering from Coyote's and it won't be the last!"

"I really like Frescos, due to great food quality/portion size and the salsa bar. Have not had a chance to go and really wanted nachos. Ordered vegetarian TJ nachos which sub the meat for black bean and refried beans plus all the normal goodness: Cheese, pico, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños, etc. The portion was spot on and little cup of queso on the side. Overall very good although the refried beans and the black beans are unremarkable, could use seasoning or something to make vegetarian/vegan patrons feel like less of an after thought. The problem I had, causing subtraction of a star, is that at minimum a half cup of cold, unmelted shredded cheese was added. This should have been melted on the chips, as it cold shredded cheese is such a clash with nachos. Better yet instead of the shredded cheese just sub for queso and you would avoid the issue altogether."
