As for the meat itself: we agreed that the chicken was better than the kofta but still very mid, and the kofta was too gamey. The portion size of the whole meal was ok, though I opted to not finish the meal unfortunately... it was so underwhelming. Definitely not worth the price we paid for each meal. If each meal was $12-14, maybe we'd reconsider ordering again. The Eureka salad I got on the side is a new favorite of mine; I'm not used to getting raw broccolini and green beans in my salads, but I'm glad someone is now properly appreciating them. The lemon vinaigrette they have complements the veggies perfectly. In addition, I'm very picky about my tomatoes, but the ones they serve in this salad are absolutely ideal, sweet and ripe and full of flavor. All the vegetables are very fresh - never any wilted lettuce or saggy green beans after ordering 3-4 times! - and it's just been a consistently wonderful experience."

For$21, the wings should be fresh and not have wrinkle skin and dry. I think the wings were also left over from lunch, and the kitchen brushed sauce on the wings to hide the fact they're old. The bread pudding was good. But they forgot to add the cream. We have ordered takeout from Refuge in the past. I have never been disappointed until today. It's clear the manager isn't doing a quality check. This food should have never left the kitchen."
