"I do not know what is going on with Chipotle, but this was not a great experience. I got a steak Burrito Bowl. more than half of the steak was fatty or grisly. the cilantro was bad, and I had to spend more than half of my lunch hour picking it out. it was brown and slimy. there were some fresh leaves in the bowl as well, but the majority was gross. I love sour cream, but I do not generally like to have my bowl swimming in sour cream. I also, did not get the queso I paid for. on top of all this, when the driver got there to pick my order up, they didn't even have it. the driver had to call door dash to prove an order was placed. this was my 3rd try in a row with Chipotle, and each has gotten steadily worse. the first few times I had it, it was amazing. guess Ill pay extra to go to Pancheros from now on."

The portion sizes were fair, and the meal was neatly packaged and arrived in good condition. However, the flavors simply didn’t deliver. The restaurant aims for an upscale experience, but the food tasted basic and one-dimensional. For the price point, I expected more care and attention to seasoning.
In short, the food looked great but had very little flavor. It felt like high-end presentation with no taste to match. I won’t be ordering again."

"Their burgers are always good but my Hot Honey Chick Combo looked nothing like the photo. The sauce was super thin and more so just honey drizzled over the chicken. Definitely not dipped or tossed, or a thick red sauce like the photo. And the hot onion "straws" are just onion rings. Also not fried slivers of onion like in the photo. Highly disappointed about the false advertisements but the food isn't gross. Just basic and not what I ordered. I probably wouldn't order the same thing again. I'll just stick to the burgers.
