"I placed a large order this morning and noticed a few issues. The online menu only allows you to select one of each bagel type, which made it hard to order multiples of the same kind. For example, I wanted two whole wheat everything and two egg everything bagels, but there was no way to specify that.
Also, they were out of my two French toast bagels and replaced them with rainbow bagels without checking with me first. I think the store should call to confirm substitutions instead of making automatic changes.
It would also help to have a notes or instructions section for bulk orders to avoid confusion. The store has this section off."

So the restaurant charged for pickle and coleslaw I did not receive AND had the audacity to charge 56 cents more for a plastic container that could not even cost them a nickel. I believe in supporting small businesses but this is not customer service worth supporting. The rice in the rice pudding was undercooked and hard. "
