Was told that is what is served when ordered with no onion (which would be upsetting for people who dont eat donor) and then that there was no more steak to remake. They agreed to remake with steak from the freezer but did so without the cheese and extras i paid for. They then confused another customer and nearly made them the wrong order until I told the customer to double check it. Lucky they did. Not very pleased"

Sometimes the order is perfect, but most of the time we are missing something (usually the chips) or it feels like staff decided to play a joke because of a dietary preference. In this case, ordered a Triple Whopper® Cheese Value Meal , but they didnt just remove the only item i requested due to an allergy, they decided to remove the tomato, mayo, lettuce and onion as well. It was patties, cheese and sauce! When you are paying near $65 to feed two people, this is ridiculous. Dont care how good it tastes, we'll take our business elsewhere i think because the risk isnt worth it anymore. What has happened to HJs over the years has been a sad decline.
