My only critique is that I wished the peppers and onions were softer, it seems they throw those in towards the end of the cooking process. Just a personal preference, I still inhaled them. "I was genuinely surprised with what I received in my order bc I've ordered from this restaurant before and the quality was COMPLETELY different. The wings I received today were dry as if they'd been sitting out for hours and then overcooked, the fries had no seasoning on them at all (like not even a tiny bit of salt??), and on top of that, the COMBO 2 : 10 Pieces Wings were so dry that it's like any chance of the miniscule amount of sauce that was used didn't even stick to them. I'm sincerely disappointed in the quality of the food I received and I'm not sure if I'd ever order again if the quality varies that drastically. When I'd ordered previously, the wings were flavorful, fresh tasting, and juicy. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? That's what I get for not cooking at home, though. "I am alone this year for Thanksgiving, and I was skeptical about ordering a Thanksgiving dinner for myself. I ordered the Herb Roasted Turkey plate, Haricot Verts, Pomme Purée, and Apple Pie. I had never ordered for Pastis before, so I did not know portion sizes. They were huge! I have plenty of food leftover for a few days! They turkey was tender and moist, and the gravy was delicious! The stuffing was fantastic! The sweet potatoes were cooked and seasoned perfectly! The haricot verts were cooked beautifully and were buttery, but not greasy. THAT APPLE PIE! Wow! This was a lot of food for the money, enough that we didn't have enough stomach space to finish the tostadas. (Saving those for later!) I have the Caesar Salad in the fridge for later and the empanada in the microwave for a mid-day snack!
The only feedback is that the cafe con leche was very strong and we needed to put quite a bit of sugar to get it just right. I recommend 5 to 6 sugar packs that they give you to make it as delicious as mom or abuela makes it!

I ordered a large jerk chicken with rice and peas, cabbage and salad for my son . They left off the salad. Also the jerk chicken doesn't have any flavor beyond the skin. It's not seasoned deeply like real jerk chicken even some parts dare I say are nearly undercooked, I waited so long for this food. I thought it was gonna be amazing super disappointed. The rice and peas has no coconut flavor. The cabbage is just black the reviews very misleading."
