It was not the layer cake that was pictured, it was a bundt cake w chocolate frosting, and it came wrapped in saran wrap and the frosting was sticking to the wrap. That was all kind of disappointing. It actually tasted like Kielbasa with a lot of garlic. It didn't have that fennel taste normally associated with hot sausage. I actually tossed the other half because I wasn't happy with the taste. Not to mention (look at the pic) the sandwich was more bun than anything. The Fried cheese was ok but didn't look anything like the menu pics(which looked fire!!) Tasted good but pretty average. Again, sad that I had to make this unsavory review but I expected more from such a well known staple. Sorry Rene's...you missed the mark on this one."
