"unfortunately the food arrived looking like it had been left under a heat lamp for a couple hours and deemed suitable to sell. the sandwiches were wrapped in flimsy aluminium foil that stuck to the surface of the bread, peeling off the top layer (basically all the good stuff from the asiago bread option) and leaving behind sad, damp lumps. the Nacho Maximus was soggy so it didn't even come close to having the much anticipated crunch from the chips as advertised. The Hulk was also stuffed with turkey with only a couple slices of the other meats which was very disappointing. on the bright side, the flavour was good, but underwhelming in light of the subpar presentation and overall quality. hopefully they will start preparing food fresh to order and find a different packaging material as what they are using now is more trouble and mess than it's worth"

"the create your own salad selected crispy chicken got some sort of small nonbreaded but not grilled chicken, was cold and tasted awful. added the steak skewer and received strips of roast beef sandwich meat, cold. during selecting salad had option to pick roll was marked costed an extra 99 cents, unmarked but did not take the 99 cent off price, so we left it marked to get the roll since same price either way but did not receive a roll at all. ordered what we thought was an extra cup of dressing per salad since it was a 1.24 extra but only received 1 small cup of dressing per salad. chicken noodle soup was a 4 oz cup for small that was 4.99 and was nothing more than a half can chicken noodle soup from food city. quality of food was definitely no where near what it should have been for the amount we paid for this food. very very disappointed, first and last time trying this place "
