"As a customer for over 20 years, it's disappointing to see the noticeable decline in both quality and value. The new paper/cardboard containers are flimsy and not suitable for storing leftovers something that used to be a big part of the experience. They don’t hold up well and make reheating or saving food for later impossible.
In addition, portion sizes have clearly gone down. For example, I recently received only 5 walnut shrimp and about 8 pieces of orange chicken — a sharp drop from what used to be a more generous serving. It really feels like the experience I’ve come to rely on over the years is slipping.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. Longtime customers like me just want to see the quality return to what it once was."
