"Charlie's is slippin! I don't know if my last order was just a fluke, outlier, but it wasn't nearly as good as past orders. The Crab and Shrimp Alfredo was just ok. The eggplant was bad, somehow both tough *and slimy. The lobster bisque was good, but I ordered the bowl and the container wasn't even half full. I actually got the same volume as my wife's *cup of minestrone. Not sure what happened, but I'll be taking a break from Charlie's."

"Ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice and Spring Rolls. Very very disappointed. Have been eating here for years and have never left a bad review but the food has been on steady decline. The Rice was MUSHY, there were only 5 shrimp and two twigs of broccoli. The spring rolls were horrible and were filled with a liquid juicy substance. Had I been in restaurant I would have complained to management. I spent 50.00 for 5 shrimp and dinner for my dog!! The only reason I'm even giving a two is because I have always loved this place. But this is second delivery that was horrible."
