GRILLED PORK VIETNAMESE SANDWICH, aka pork banh mi, was on point! i'm very happy and impressed. the roll had the perfect texture, the veggies were fresh, the meat was delicious, and it's rad to find a place that also includes pate!! if you're not down with pate, never fear--they also put some butter on it, so you get a similar effect. additionally the egg 81. EGG ROLLS (4 PCS) (aka imperial rolls) were stellar, and much longer than i expected! you could easily cut them in half and have 8 to share instead of 4. before dipping in the sauce, try wrapping each bite in a little piece of fresh mint if you have it, and get ready for a delicious flavor combination (mint not included)! overall, 10/10, 5-stars, would try again."

Which is a huge plus. The Donuts are so soft. I've never had a Sausage and cheese kolaches that had such soft and flavourful bread around the sausage. Everything was literally 10 out of 10. The tripa was fresh but lacked the crispness that I desire from this meat. Also this lacked the salty flavor I come to love from tripa. The sopes leave a bit to be desired as the sopes it self didn't have the fluffiness I think a good sope should have also the chorizo had the salt to stand up to this but again lacked a punchy flavor to really say this was more than just a seasoned ground pork. And lastly the chicharone lacked a crisp that was needed. If you are going to pour sauce over them they need to be extra crispy. All the flavors were pleasing though and for the price the portions were good. I would definitely order again as I was pleased for the most part."
