The way the ingredients were placed also caused bitefuls of only a single ingredient. A mouthful of ginger was unexpected and not all that pleasant. Build Your Own Bowl was fine, didn't seem to have much protein. I had asked for extra seaweed salad but found I was given only a few threads. Kudos for items being packaged thoughtfully. But, they are a good substitute. The DUMPLINGS (6pcs) (gyoza) were decent, except they don't give any traditional gyoza sauce to dip them in. They just throw in packets of Chinese soy sauce (there's a difference between Chinese & Japanese soy sauces), sweet & sour sauce, and Sriracha sauce. Those would work great with egg rolls but that's not what the dumplings/gyoza are. Tried the Chinese soy sauce and it was too salty. Ended up going with the sweet & sour packets but was very underwhelming as the two didn't complement each other. I didn't even finish them. Just ate 3 out of the 6.
