"Missing food, again the fries from our meals. The Cheesy Bacon Tots and Jalapeño Cheddar Bites tastes like it's been sitting there, but were tasty . I left and came back approximately 2 minutes later went to pick up the order and now a second bartender went to get the order.. came out of thre kitchen confused and then saw that it was already sitting on the bar.. hands it to me and says you're all set.. I then commented that they weren't very appoligetic with the fact they didn't even cook the order.. and gave h them a thumbs up and they then both looked at me mouth drop.. I'm sorry I'm not a "Karen" but the fact there was no apology what so ever.. I've been a bartender/server/cook.. I've been a one man circus at times in the business.. a little "I'm sorry about that goes a long way.."
