Their salads are off the chain, with a medley of perfect ingredients that are always at the peak of their freshness. The chicken is always perfectly cooked, juicy and wonderful. The rice is also perfect, with sauces and salad dressing that blow any others in competition away completely. "Loved the Jambalaya!! Absolute Best was the Shrimp Po Boy with extra slaw and tomatoes. Gumbo had lots of sausage slices, I think too much rice, and it was missing something -- I don't know what though. Crayfish pasta was about a pound of pasta. Huge portions of everything. "BBQ Ribs Special came with ONLY 2 ribs and then ,of course, 2 sides. Ribs were seasoned with a similar texture of baked ribs and BBQ sauce glaze. Texture was more on the non tender side, but I typically prefer this. Side dishes: Greens- flavorful, and prepared with smoked turkey or pork meat. Cabbages were seasoned good and prepared with powdered seasoning minced garlic and chopped onions. Handmade Lemonade was disgusting with an over powering taste of lemon Zest and high amount pulp, lacked sweetener. Main dish is overpriced for the serving size but tasted ok. "
