The garnishes and dressings are very tasty. But the fish was too dense. The sushi and sashimi pieces are at least a 2bite each. Too chunky and difficult to handle, too much fishy in one bite. Could not eat too much. The size of the fish pieces makes me question the quality of the fish. The warm pieces like the Sky Roll and Unagi Handroll and one sushi aburi were cold by the time I was done with the photoshoot. Still quite tasty. I am going to deconstruct the sushi, the big sashimi leftover slices I'm going to chop up in a poke bowl next day and stir fry the kale bedding. Maybe a teryaki! If there's such a thing as too much fish?!"
