Pros: hot, cooked thoroughly, healthy compared to other delivery options, tasty once I put sauce on it, light.
Cons: there was zero sauce (could be one time mistake, but this was my first Tokyo Joes order), steak was dry enough that sauce was needed, veggies had extra bite as if they needed to be cooked longer, $15 for the regular sized Steak Bowl before tax/fees.
I gave 4 stars because I feel like forgetting the sauce is a one time mistake (hopefully). I was luckily at home so I had sauces around, but if I was at work, or a hotel, etc, and there was no sauce then it would've been an even bigger bummer.. I tasted it with no sauce first and it was not good at all, very bland, dry and unflavorful.
I believe if the sauce was included when I opened the packaging, then this could've potentially been a 5 star review. "
