I also enjoy that their Matcha Milk Tea is not overly sweet and retains the strong flavor it should have. But not only is their food excellent, so is their customer service. They're consistently really respectful about my request for no wasabi (it causes me severe gastrointestinal upset due to a preexisting health condition), and even my requests for no ginger and low sodium soy sauce, which are just my preferences, but ones they always nail, too.
