For some reason, the one serving of Hard Case chicken had so much sauce that it spilled out of the container and ruined the bag it came in, which was dripping wet. The two servings of Kapai were extremely dry and flavourless because there was barely any sauce. Two boxes of chicken that tasted like plain fried chicken , not at all like Korean fried chicken. The staff do not put in the same amount of effort for takeout orders as they do for in-store orders. This was the first bad experience I had with Sarang. I reccommend eating the food in-person. "
