The Meltdown

"The grilled cheese (and sometimes turkey) is always so good and crispy! Even after delivery the sandwich is never soggy. My only complaint (not worth taking off a star, but worth mentioning) is that I never get my ranch dip. They do put ketchup in so I'm assuming maybe they're out - but then why charge me for it? When I received the trio of Basil Popcorn Chicken , Deep Fried Squid , and Fried Lobster Balls (6pcs)... I was pleased to discover the flavor, texture, and lightness that each contained. I chose to experience these snacks at their standard seasoning level for my first encounter. Yet I love how pretty much every item on the menu can be customized. Having relished both the Taro Milkshake and Lychee Smoothie I'd sampled in a previous order... I was excited to receive the Red Bean Milkshake. Which was refreshingly cool, creamy, and rich with sweet bean flavor. And a wonderful companion to the side dishes. My only sadness was that the Unagi with Rice seems to be temporarily off the menu. As I was really looking forward to trying this fan favorite. Being an unagi fan myself."
