"I give credit to any Cantonese restaurant that knows peas and carrots do not belong in fried rice, but Spring House gets extra stars for making a delicious bbq pork fried rice...nice consistency and not oily. Portions seem to be larger than usual as well. My only suggestion would be that they offer sides of hot mustard, shrimp sauce, etc..."
