The lettuce, dressing, croutons, and pretzel breadstick were good, but pretty hard to mess those up. The disappointing part was the grilled chicken. It was a very small amountof what appears to be bagged precooked chicken that was reheated and completely dried out. They did me a favor by putting it on the side to save me the trouble of picking it off to throw away. Also disappointing is the price I paid for this. An almost $20 salad should come with freshly prepared chicken breast, not these little processed tidbits. This is definitely not the normal standard of anything I am used to having from either Prime Time location. "
