These, I know, are minor details and I am not trying to be to hard on the staff / team members; however, sometimes a good customer experience is in the smaller details. Service with a smile and those small details can change the customers view in a positive way. I want to be encouraging here. I know they are capable of doing better than what we received. "The fried chicken and puerto rica ricen is delicious! It's large portion and the meal is a great deal. I've already ordered it a few times. It goes great with tostones and the empanadillas! It's very filling. The dessert empanadillas are good way to round everything out with something sweet. Everything is always hot and well packed when it arrives."
