"I've been here a handful of times and I'm convinced the best way to get great wings and fries is to dine in. The last two times I've gotten to-go has been disappointing. My last order, I chose the dinner for two. Comes with 4oz , your choice of blue cheese or ranch. I chose ranch. I then got an additional 4oz ranch. Got neither, but instead blue cheese. The fries were plain even though we asked for classic which is supposed to be seasoned. And then the wings were barely sauced. Just really disappointing since the first time we came here (dined-in), it's never been the same. I remember one time we ordered some things that came with fountain drinks, their machine didn't work and they refused to give us a 2 liter for us to share. No "sorry for the inconvenience", no attempt to replace the missing drinks. Just had to suck up the loss. Not sure where the disconnect is but the first time we were here, we said "these are the best wings and fries in town". Now it's just kind of "meh". Maybe they changed employees idk but I hope to get that original experience back."
