Rare Beef Pho arrived in several containers so you could assemble as you like, which I always appreciate. TONS of sprouts and a lot of Thai basil; wish there'd been a few more jalapeños and pieces of meat. Broth was good but a little sweet. A13 Pork Belly Bahn mi was ordered for later, but I took a bite to try it. Again, not the best I've had but still solid. Meat was a little chewy even for pork belly but was tasty; bread was excellent.
