"Crab rangoon is IMO the best of Martinsburg area. It was fresh and had the fragrant taste of scallions r that elevated it to another level. Combo Mei Fun was delicious, not dried like other restaurant takeout. Probably stir fried with some flavorful broth, with chicken, shrimp, beef and some stir fried eggs. I will order again for sure. Next i took a sip of the Iced tea half lemon and was pleasantly surprised because it ia soo easy to gwt this mixture wrong but it was a perfect sweet and sour blend. 2 for 2 i started on the Spring Roll i wasnt impressed but i wasnt disappointed either. lastly i opened the sheimp lo Shrimp Lo Mein and all i could do was shake my head. There was a clump of noodles sticking together i paid $2 for extra shrimp which im thinking my idea of extra compared to the restaurants's may be different. The noodles were greasy and salty a dangerous mixture when it comes to starch i am rather saddened that this meal reminded me why i hardly eat takeout chinese food. the main course usually pails in comparison to the sides"

"Today was an off night for Top China. We are normally very satisfied with the food from here, today was just ok. We tried some new dishes and were left underwhelmed. The szechuan chicken, listed as spicy, was not. There was no heat at all. The pad thai was overcooked and then continued to cook in the plastic container so it arrived as mush. The sesame shrimp was very good! Even in the sauce, which wasn't overly sweet, the batter was still crispy. We also enjoyed the fried rice. We will continue keep Top China in our chinese food rotation but we are disappointed. We would like to add that the peanut chicken needs to be back on the menu. "

"today instead of ordering my usual tuna poke I ordered a build your own poke with tuna -- plus 9 other ingredients I chose. Now, every time I order poke it is somewhat different, because each is made to order and the makers have their own touches. But this tuna poke was very different and I will be ordering it again. It was huge in ingredients. Many of the ingredients were larger chunks than usual - cucumber for example. and some ingredients were new, such as the pickled ginger I heartily recommend. All in all it was a great poke. and delivery as always was rapid and friendly.
